Tina Dimarino, DNP, RN, CNOR, CASC has been a leader in the ASC industry for 23 years. She co-founded Custom Surgical Consultants, LLC in 2003. Tina's experience spans all specialties and anything from a small office-based accredited suite performing 10 cases per month to multi-specialty, 12-room HOPDs & ASCs performing 12,000 cases per year. She earned her doctorate of nursing practice from The George Washington University specializing in Executive Leadership. She studied leadership for her Masters degree in Nursing from Notre Dame of Maryland University and will achieve her MBA, December of 2023. Tina has 4 amazing grandsons, loves to travel, beach, boating, fitness and family. \"Drop everything and catch a sunset\"
